I remember that one morning in June, holding my degree in psychology as a young graduate; I quickly stepped into a large bookstore on Florida Street in Buenos Aires. I urgently needed material to start a path, of which I did not have the slightest idea where it would lead me. I was 23 years old then and I knew the world of business seduced me at the same time it aroused great curiosity in me. By that time, I knew clinic psychology still had to wait for a while.

My proposals seek to answer questions that arise when a transformation is needed, a change, or some improvement, by inviting to build solutions in a collaborative manner as well as coaching the real protagonists of the process: people and teams.
