In Search of Sense. Personal and Organizational Transformation.

I remember one morning of June, holding my degree in psychology as a young graduate, that I quickly entered a large bookstore on Florida Street in Buenos Aires. I urgently needed material to start on a path that I had no idea where it was going to lead me. I was just 23 and knew the corporate world seduced me, it made me curious and I knew clinic psychology still had some time to wait.

Of course I found out the material. There was a lot of reading and preparation to interview the first applicant in my career. I still remember how terribly nervous I was, I am sure on that occasion my nervousness overcame the applicant´s. This is the way my trip started and I marveled when I got to know the background of corporations.

Then, my next objective was to get to know people within this corporate world. What place did each one occupy? What sort of knowledge did they have? How did they participate in this business fabric? I learned through colleagues, teams and chiefs and although the way was sometimes soft and on other occasions tough, all of them proved to be useful for my inspiration and be part of what I am today.

Nowadays, I keep on travelling as well as integrating the corporate world, people and the world cultures. The corporate and the entrepreneurial experience plus the clinic and the organization have made me one with all these experiences.
