How do I take my team to the next level? In this new position, is it hard for me to handle stakeholders? What shall I do? Our team is overwhelmed. How can my team and I get organized? Our business is in a growth crisis. Which are the next steps to follow?
The aim of this purpose is to move along with the people and teams so that they can achieve a different perspective over their processes as individuals, within their teams and organization. I support leaders with humanity, empathy and inspiration to work on emotions; in this way, we can reach recognition and see the impact on results.

Organizational Charts in Four Dimensions

¿How can I define my team´s strategy? The corporation is in front of a take-over. What can we do with collaborators? Can we as a team test projects? We are about to launch a new marketing action. Is it convenient? How shall we manage the conflicts within the different areas? It is a different way of exploring the dynamics that are found in organizations. The objective of this methodology is, above all, to offer a solution to the humanization of corporations, to put on the light the invisible threads that connect the history of the organization, relations and the different departments of corporations and to focus on the whole rather than the parts.

Personal and Team Trasformation Journey

A journey around U. How can we detect patterns and the impact they have on our personal lives and the lives of our teams? Is there a different way of learning and leave out old patterns? What attitude shall we cultivate? It is a way in which we turn the camera around and set our sight on our own selves? We experiment, empathize and feel in order to reach the highest and deepest scale of our journey to connect with the emerging future. The following scales are an ascending path in which we set up prototypes to reach the top with a concrete and tangible product.

Team Alignment

What happens when a new team is created or when a new project appears? What can we do so that everybody is onboard? We can do it through a collaborative platform of conversations with a high impact visual support which quickly allows everybody to participate and collaborate.

Turning the Camera Around.

How many times do we go around the world without realizing so? Do we stop to feel and think of ourselves? Do we stop to look at ourselves from another side? Sometimes, we need to return to ourselves. We design together one or several sessions, when to go ahead or stop on the way.
